Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of Aman Care, operated as an individual in British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms. Contact: [email protected].

What Aman Care is — and isn't. Aman Care places a daily AI phone check-in call to your senior and sends your family a written report after each call. It is a wellness check-in service: a daily conversation and a written summary for your family. It is not a medical device, and not a substitute for personal contact with your loved ones. The AI does not diagnose health conditions, does not analyze voice or speech patterns for medical purposes, and takes no biometric baselines. If the senior asks for help during a call, they are connected to a family member you designate — only ever at the senior's request.

Your responsibilities

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.

Limitation of liability

Aman Care is a check-in service, not a safety guarantee. We cannot detect every problem — a conversation cannot catch everything a doctor, a fall detector, or an in-person visit would. A senior may sound fine on a call while needing help; our service is not designed to detect that. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

Changes to the service and terms

We may update the service and these terms as it grows. For material changes we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
